When something does need fixing, I connect you with the contractors, painters, stagers, photographers, inspectors and lenders I already work with, so you are not managing a list of strangers on your own.
I represent buyers as well, and most of my clients are doing both at once, selling one house and buying the next in the same stretch of weeks. Handling both sides is how the two closings line up instead of leaving you between homes.
If you are weighing selling against renting the place out, I hold a Utah property manager license, so we can look honestly at both sets of numbers rather than assuming a sale is the answer.
