Who Is the Best Real Estate Agent in Fruit Heights, Utah?

Not long ago I took my own house apart and put it back together.

Not as the homeowner who hired a contractor. As the contractor. In 2024 and 2025 I ran the whole project on our home in Centerville. A new deck. New bathrooms. A full apartment in the basement with its own kitchen and laundry. I lined up every trade, set the schedule, and held everyone to it. When something was about to go wrong, I caught it. When someone didn't show, I found someone who would.

Somewhere in the middle of all that dust, I realized something. I loved it. The planning, the people, the problem solving. And I was good at it.

Buying or selling a home in Fruit Heights is no different. It is a big project with a lot of moving parts. A lender, an inspector, an appraiser, a title company, the other agent, and you right in the middle hoping all the dates line up. Someone has to hold the whole thing together. That's my job. Buying, selling, or investing, I've got you

Selling. I'll help you price your home right, get it ready with my stager, cleaners and photographer, market it well, and negotiate hard for you. I specialize in first-time home sellers. If you're selling your first home and buying the next one at the same time, I'll walk you through every step and explain it plainly. No question is too small.

Buying. I'll help you compare neighborhoods, look honestly at each home, and write an offer that holds up. Because I've renovated a house myself, I can walk through a home with you and tell you what that "easy fix" will really take.

Investing. I hold a Utah property management license along with my real estate license. So if you're wondering whether to sell or rent, or whether a basement apartment could help pay your mortgage, I can talk you through both honestly. Ours has a kitchen in it for a reason!

Real estate can do so much more than give you a place to live. A rental can have your tenant paying down the loan for you. Property tends to grow in value over time. And there are real tax benefits for owners of rental property.

What I know about Fruit Heights

Fruit Heights is a small market. Only a handful of homes sell here in a typical month, so a citywide average doesn't tell you much about your house. Two sales up on the bench can move it one way, and a quiet month moves it right back. That's why I price from real comparable sales, not a city number.

The schools take some care here too. Fruit Heights splits between two elementary boundaries and two junior high boundaries, so houses a few doors apart can feed different schools. And the school data on listing sites is wrong here often enough to matter. I check every address with the district before you write an offer.

And I love this side of the county. From US-89 up to the bench, Nicholls Park, and the Bonneville Shoreline Trail above it all... it's a beautiful place to live. If French immersion matters to your family, Morgan Elementary's pathway is worth knowing about before you buy.

I live in Centerville, just down the road, and I've been a Davis County homeowner since 2001.
