Who Is the Best Real Estate Agent in Centerville, Utah?

Not long ago I took my own house apart and put it back together.

Not as the homeowner who hired a contractor. As the contractor. In 2024 and 2025 I ran the whole project on our home here in Centerville. A new deck. New bathrooms. A full apartment in the basement with its own kitchen and laundry. I lined up every trade, set the schedule, and held everyone to it. When something was about to go wrong, I caught it. When someone didn't show, I found someone who would.

Somewhere in the middle of all that dust, I realized something. I loved it. The planning, the people, the problem solving. And I was good at it.

Selling. I'll help you price your home right, get it ready with my stager, cleaners and photographer, market it well, and negotiate hard for you. I specialize in first-time home sellers. If you're selling your first home and buying the next one at the same time, I'll walk you through every step and explain it plainly. No question is too small.

Buying. I'll help you compare neighborhoods, look honestly at each home, and write an offer that holds up. Because I've renovated a house myself, I can walk through a home with you and tell you what that "easy fix" will really take.

Investing. I hold a Utah property management license along with my real estate license. So if you're wondering whether to sell or rent, or whether a basement apartment could help pay your mortgage, I can talk you through both honestly. Ours has a kitchen in it for a reason!

I know Centerville because I live here

I've lived in Centerville for 21 years, up on the east bench in Rolling Hills. My office is right here in town at 1851 North 200 East. Our four kids went through Davis School District. I've sat in the parent-teacher conferences and driven the school routes in February snow.

On weekends my family hikes the Bonneville Shoreline Trail right from our front door. I love this place. And I love helping people find their place in it.

Before real estate, I spent years teaching and coaching. That turns out to matter a lot. Most of this job is taking something big and confusing and making it make sense.
