I help growing families in Davis County sell the condo, starter home, or current house they have outgrown and move into something with more room, while getting the strongest possible value out of the sale.

Most of my sellers start out unsure where to begin: what the house is really worth, which repairs actually matter, and how to get it ready without overspending on work that will not come back at closing. I walk you through it step by step, pricing, preparation, marketing, showings, negotiation, and planning the move into your next home, so you are never left guessing about what happens next. When something does need fixing, I connect you with the contractors, painters, stagers, photographers, inspectors and lenders I already work with, so you are not managing a list of strangers on your own.

I represent buyers as well, and most of my clients are doing both at once, selling one house and buying the next in the same stretch of weeks. Handling both sides is how the two closings line up instead of leaving you between homes.

If you are weighing selling against renting the place out, I hold a Utah property manager license, so we can look honestly at both sets of numbers rather than assuming a sale is the answer.

I have lived in Centerville for 21 years, raised four children through Davis County schools, and hike the Bonneville Shoreline Trail from my own front door. So when you ask about a street, a school boundary, or what the commute is really like, the answer comes from someone who lives here.
